Venkatakrishna N. Tholakanahall MBBS, MD

Dr. Tholankanahalli attended Bangalore Medical College at Bangalore University in India and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine in Fargo, ND. He completed Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowships at the University of Minnesota. He held academic appointments at Maruti College of Dental Sciences in Bangalore, India and the University of North Dakota School of Medicine in Fargo before joining the faculty at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, where he is currently an Associate Professor of Medicine. Dr. Tholakanahalli is a Staff Cardiologist and Cardiac Electrophysiologist at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Minneapolis. He also serves at the Director of the Cardiac Electrophysiology Laboratory there.
