Vadim Y. Dudkin is Director and Head of Targeted Therapeutics at Janssen Discovery Sciences. Vadim has many years of experience in nucleic acids therapeutics, nanotechnology, bioconjugates, and small molecule discovery research at Janssen, Merck, and Memorial Sloan-Kettering. In his previous role at J&J, Vadim directed the research team at Centyrex Internal Venture. Prior to Janssen, Vadim led a team of scientists engaged in siRNA delivery at Merck and Co.
