Tyler Marciniak

Tyler is a healthcare leader with global experience delivering innovative and impactful marketing communications programs focused on public relations, investor relations, government affairs and employee engagement. He currently leads communications for Astellas Pharma’s 3.5 billion commercial business in the Americas, which includes such blockbuster medicines as XTANDI, TARCEVA, MYRBETRIQ and PROGRAF. In this role he works with media, advocacy organizations and policy stakeholders to build and protect the brands of Astellas’ top therapies for patients and advance the reputation of its commercial franchises.

Prior to joining Astellas, he led global marketing & communications for Pfizer Integrated Health, driving revenue by communicating a compelling value proposition to generate new customer and partner leads. Specifically he managed the brand strategy, web site, paid media and search efforts, customer advocacy, and public relations programming for the business. He was also a member of the product development team working to import an innovative chronic pain management offering to the US market and provided senior counsel to the business unit general manager.
