Akbayrak was Born in Rize in 1968. AKBAYRAK, who completed primary, secondary and high school education in Ankara, graduated from Hacettepe University, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation High School in 1989 with the department first degree. In 1993, he obtained his "Master" degree and in 1997 he got his "Doctorate" degree. In the same year the assistant docent, docent in 2003, professor in 2009 received the title. Her master thesis title is "Assessment of Motor Functions in Visually Impaired People" while his doctoral thesis title is "Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation in Urinary Stress Incontinence". Between December 2010 and August 2012, she was deputy dean at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Health Sciences. Currently the same faculty Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department Women Health. Professor Dr. Turkan AKBAYRAK World Physiotherapy Confederation, which is a sub-group "International Organization of Physical Therapists in Women's Health" Turkey chief delegate to the named group, and Turkey Physiotherapists Association, the Women's Health Study is the coordinator of the Group. Since 2016, Turkey Physiotherapists Association Board of Directors, Faculty of Health Science, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department is a member of the Licensing Commission.
She is the Editor of the book titled Massage Techniques published in 2007 is editor of the book "Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation in Women's Health" published in 2016, published in 2015 by KNGF, which deals with Physiotherapy for Stress Urinary Incontinence of Holleland Physiotherapy Society. He is engaged in scientific and academic studies in various fields of physiotherapy and rehabilitation such as urogynecologic physiotherapy and rehabilitation, obstetric physiotherapy and rehabilitation, lymphedema, mobilization and manipulation, headache, fibromyalgia, chronic venous insufficiency and constipation.
