Troy Kimbrough CPA, PFS, CGMA

Troy joined Gregory, Sharer & Stuart in 1987 and has served in both our tax services and audit services departments. Prior to joining GSS, she served as a tax accountant for a regional CPA firm where she concentrated on small business compliance and financial audits of healthcare entities. Her industry experience includes publishing, manufacturing, real estate, condominium associations, not-for-profit organizations, benefit plans, medical and healthcare practices. As the Director of the Healthcare Industry Service Team, Troy provides specialized services to healthcare clients, including oversight and management advisory services, financial and operational consulting, and mergers and acquisitions. Her healthcare experience includes accounting, auditing, consulting, valuation of medical practices and other healthcare providers and comprehensive physician strategic planning. Primary among her practice management tax and advisory clients are physician practices, management companies and physician owned HMOs.
