Troy J. Roovers BBA, MHA, MBA

Troy J. Roovers is currently CEO of Minneapolis Radiology Associates, Minneapolis Vascular Physicians, Respiratory Consultants and St. Paul Lung. He is also a Founder and Principal in Solmedex, LLC. He previously worked as an Operations Vice President with Abbott Northwestern Hospital, an 800 bed tertiary care facility in Minneapolis, MN. Mr. Roovers has substantial experience working with health care providers, including hospitals, physician group practices, vascular access centers, diagnostic imaging centers, nursing homes, sub acute care providers and others.

Mr. Roovers has overseen the design, construction and operation of multiple freestanding vascular access centers, vein centers, imaging centers, ambulatory surgery centers and has launched mobile imaging services. He has deep knowledge in the areas of teleradiology, picture archiving, radiology information systems and practice management systems. Mr. Roovers earned his B.B.A., magna cum laude from St. Norbert College. He earned his M.H.A. from the University of Minnesota’s School of Public Health and his M.B.A. with a Finance concentration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
