Dr. Tristan Gorrindo, MD is Director of Postgraduate Medical Education at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) where he oversees program innovation, business strategy & development, and technology implementation. He is involved in the development and implementation of novel learning paradigms, including web-based simulation and mobile platform learning. He is the inventor of the Computer Simulation Assessment Tool (CSAT) and his research interests include the use of web-based simulation in Psychiatry. He is currently the principal investigator in a study examining heart-rate variability and autonomic arousal in web-based CME activities.

Dr. Gorrindo has a strong interest in medical education and serves as the Associate Director of the Medical Student Clerkship in Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital in addition to his work with the MGH Academy. He is also the co-chair of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry’s CME committee.
