Tricia Marie Marriott PA-C, MPAS, MJ, CHC, DFAAPA

Tricia is a highly regarded national industry resource, speaker, and consultant on a broad spectrum of subject areas including healthcare workforce, PA and APRN utilization strategy and care models, billing and reimbursement, and compliance and regulatory issues. A clinically practicing PA for 32 years in a variety of inpatient and ambulatory care settings, 25 of which were in orthopedics, Tricia brings hands-on experience to maximizing operational efficiency and delivery of care. Her speaking experience includes AAOS Instructional Course Lectures and Practice Management Symposia, the AAOE Annual Meeting, Orthopaedic Trauma Association, PAs in Orthopaedics Annual Meetings, and several State Orthopaedic Societies.

Over the span of her career, Tricia has held several management positions while maintaining a clinical practice, including Chief PA and Clinical Administrator of Orthopaedics at a community hospital in Connecticut. As Senior Advisor for the AAPA Center for Healthcare Leadership and Management, she provided consultation services for hospitals and health systems. As the Orthopaedic Service line Administrator for a community hospital acquired by a large national health system, she faced the challenges of regionalization, standardization, and network capture. She joined KarenZupko & Associates in 2019.
