Travis K. Smith MPH

Travis provides executive leadership for Collective Medical on legal, regulatory, government affairs, network governance and operational policies. He also serves as Chief Privacy Officer for the company and leads the company’s compliance program. Travis has extensive experience in the healthcare industry and in executive roles in health information technology, working with hospitals, health systems, ACOs, health plans, and other providers on a range of finance, operational, regulatory and information technology projects. Prior to joining Collective Medical, Travis served as SVP of Strategic Development and General Counsel at Remedy Informatics, Inc., a provider of healthcare analytics and registry software.
