Tony Farah MD

Tony Farah, MD, has been a leading clinician, physician educator, and health care executive in the western Pennsylvania region for more than three decades. Currently, Dr. Farah serves as the Chief Medical and Clinical Transformation Officer for Highmark Health. In this role, Dr. Farah oversees clinical transformation and is guiding the fundamental redesign of care delivery, creating more value for patients and members in terms of experience, access, outcomes, and cost.
