Tongbiao Zhao PhD

Dr. Tongbiao Zhao received his Ph.D. from the Northwest Institute of Plateau Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2004. He conducted his postdoctoral research and was promoted to an associate professor position in 2006 at the Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He was then trained at the University of California San Diego as a postdoctoral fellow first and then as a research specialist from 2007 to 2012. He joined the Institute of Zoology and established the Laboratory of Stem Cells and Immunology.
