Tom Theys MD

Tom Theys is working as a Neurosurgeon at the University Hospitals Leuven, Belgium. His main clinical interests are in functional neurosurgery and epilepsy surgery. He obtained a degree of Doctor in Medical Sciences in 2012 and he holds an academic teaching position at the Faculty of Medicine. Tom Theys is a Senior Clinical Investigator of FWO Flanders. He is working as a researcher at the KU Leuven in collaboration with the department of neurophysiology. His research focuses on human intracranial recordings and brain-machine interfaces.
