Tom Navasero is a highly experienced corporate executive with over 35 years of expertise in healthcare, managing over 5,000 employees, C-Level team leader, M&A of healthcare assets, pharmaceuticals, health tech, managing a network of healthcare facilities in urban and rural Asia, including primary care networks, government & private medical insurance, FDA filings, education, and AI-enabled digital healthcare platforms. His Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Biological Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University, and lecturer at the Kenan Flager Business School at UNC, equip him with a vast knowledge base and skill set to contribute to any organization.

A certified Professional Director ( ICD / SEC certification). He has sat on several public and private company boards including NASDAQ, SGX , TSE, and PSE-listed corporate boards. Tom is also a trustee/board member of the Mission Leapfrog program founded by Roche, a non-profit organization with a mission to leapfrog Asian healthcare utilizing Digital HealthTech. He is presently consulting with an Asian government's House of congress to develop a Digital Health Act that aims to provide a game changer in ensuring equitable, accessible, accurate, and affordable healthcare through today's digital health tech. He has authored many successful investment thesis in the telecom, education, agritech, and healthcare industries.
