Tolga Demir MSc

Dr. Tolga Demir graduated from Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1998, and completed his specialization at Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, Department of Cardiovascular Surgery in 2005. He worked at Istanbul International Hospital between 2005-2007 and at JFK Hospital between 2007-2009.

He was deemed worthy of the second prize in the "Awarded Poster Presentation" at the 10th National Congress organized by the Turkish Society of Cardiovascular Surgery.

He worked at Beylikdüzü Kolan Hospital between 2009-2014 and at Şişli Kolan International Hospital between 2014-2018.

As a result of the examination conducted by the Turkish Society of Cardiovascular Surgery in 2014 and the evaluation of his services in the field of cardiovascular surgery, he was awarded the "Certificate of Proficiency" by the Turkish Society of Cardiovascular Surgery.

In 2015, he was appointed as "Instructor Doctor" at Beykent University Vocational School "Perfusion Techniques Program" and started to give lectures. In 2016, he was promoted to "Assistant Professor" in the same program. He received the title of Associate Professor in 2017.

Adult cardiac surgery, varicose and vascular surgery are his special interests.

He is a member of the Turkish Cardiovascular Surgery Association (TKDCD), the National Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Association (UVCD), and the Phlebology Association.
