Tobias Barker MD

Dr. Tobias Barker joined Partners Harvard Medical International in 2008 as a member of PHMI's landed team in Dubai. As the director of the new Medical Simulation Center at the Harvard Medical School Dubai Center, he is responsible for the design and delivery of highquality simulation-based educational programs.

Tobias Barker, M.D. has been appointed to the new position of Vice President, Medical Operations Director for MinuteClinic. He will be reporting to Nancy Gagliano, MD, Chief Medical Officer. In his new role, Dr. Barker will assume a broad array of strategic responsibilities and specific operational responsibilities, with a focused emphasis on business process and rigorous performance and quality measurement.

Dr. Barker has more than 10 years of experience in the field of medicine, most recently working for Partners Harvard Medical International serving as the Director of Global Programs. Prior to that he worked at the Harvard Medical School Dubai Center as the Director of Physician and Nursing Education, and at Brigham and Woman's Hospital in Boston as a staff physician in emergency medicine and serving multiple administrative roles in the Department of Emergency Medicine.
