Dr. Tina R. Porzukowiak joined Midwestern University after practicing at Cigna Medical Group in Sun City, Arizona. Dr. Porzukowiak completed her residency in ocular disease and low vision rehabilitation at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois and the Edward J. Hines, Jr. Central Blind Rehabilitation Center in Hines, Illinois.
After she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from McKendree University, Dr. Porzukowiak received her Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree at the University of Missouri- St. Louis. Her primary research interest is neuro-ophthalmic disease, and she is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO).
