Tina Lynge, RN, MVO, IA, is Chief Consultant, Director, and Improvement Expert at the Danish Society for Patient Safety. She has many years of leadership experience with quality and patient safety work in health care at different levels and has a broad and in-depth knowledge of improvement work from her work as a clinical nurse, teacher, and director of a large community program.
Ms. Lynge serves on the international faculty of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, carrying out work in Qatar NPSC. She brings to her work a vast experience in coaching, teaching QI, patient safety, and improvement work as well as extensive knowledge and experience in organizing training and learning seminars and running large health professionals' collaboratives. Ms. Lynge earned an RN degree, a diploma in management, and a master's degree in adult education and learning from Roskilde University.
