Timothy Michael Shepherd MD, PhD

Dr. Timothy M. Shepherd is an NIH-funded academic neuroradiologist with expertise in the translation of advanced MRI techniques into clinical practice. He has clinical expertise for imaging in dementia, epilepsy, and multiple sclerosis. He is the newly appointed Director of Brain Mapping and has to lead the creation of strong pre-surgical fMRI/tractography, functional neurosurgery MRI, and integrated PET-MRI programs at NYU neuroradiology.
