Dr Timothy Koh is a consultant with the Department of Renal Medicine, Tan Tock Seng Hospital Singapore. He is also currently an Adjunct Assitant Professor, Yong Yoo Lin School of Medicine. He obtained his MBBS from the Faculty of Medicine, the National University of Singapore in 2003 and obtained his MCRP (UK) and Master of Medicine (Internal Medicine) in 2008. He obtained his specialist accreditation in renal medicine from the Ministry of Health, Singapore 2012, He was awarded the Health Manpower Development Plan Award in 2014, and underwent a year-long fellowship in Home Haemodialysis Program in Tan Tock Seng Hospital, and is the Medical Director of the Ang Mo Kio Thye Hua Kwan Hospital Dialysis Centre., He is also a core clinical faculty member of the National Healthcare Group Renal Medicine Residency Programme. He will be speaking on the emergencies encountered in haemodialysis care, both in the acute and chronic settings.
