Tim Illidge is a Professor of Targeted Therapy and Oncology and works as a clinical scientist. He has been the group leader of the CRUK targeted therapy group for 25 years and works as a clinical oncologist at The Christie Hospital with a focus on lymphoma and has led practice-changing clinical trials. His research interests are in understanding the immunomodulatory effects of radiotherapy and enhancing responses to radiotherapy by combining with immunomodulatory agents. He is a senior NIHR investigator and a Fellow of the Academy of Medical Sciences.
