Timothy D. Brewerton MD

Brewerton is Executive Medical Director of the Hearth Center for Healing in Columbia, SC, and Clinical Professor of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, where he is also in private practice. Dr. Brewerton is triple board certified in general psychiatry, child/adolescent psychiatry and forensic psychiatry, Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Founding Fellow of the Academy of Eating Disorders. He is a Past-President of the Eating Disorders Research Society and the South Carolina Psychiatric Association.
