Dr. Chan is Vice-Chair of the Department of Radiation Oncology and Director of the Division of Translational Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. He is a board-certified radiation oncologist with a special interest in treating patients with brain tumors. He specializes in the use of stereotactic radiosurgery, intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), and conformal radiation therapy to treat both benign and malignant brain tumors precisely and effectively while minimizing the effects of treatment on nearby healthy tissue.
