Timothy A. A. Stiles

Tim is the treasurer of BosLab: a community DIYbio lab in Somerville, MA. Tim is a computer scientist by training and a self-taught synthetic biologist. His work at BosLab centers around providing a safe and inclusive lab space to anyone who wants to explore biotechnology. When he’s not bookkeeping, managing, or developing new programs at BosLab he teaches introductory synthetic biology workshops and leads an open source yeast engineering project
