Tim Kneen

Mr. Tim Kneen has been an Executive President of Europe and Canada at Merck Serono S.A. since 2013. Mr. Kneen served as Regional Vice President-Asia Pacific at Merck Serono S.A from 2010 to 2013 and Regional Vice President (Intercontinental Region) since 2009. Starting his career with Merck Pharmaceuticals as a medical representative in 1990, he went on to serve in several management roles, including Senior Product Manager from 2001 to 2006 and Marketing Director from 2006 to 2009. He served as General Manager (Middle and Near East Region) of Merck Serono Middle East since 2007. Mr. Kneen served as Commisioner of PT Merck Tbk from January 2011 to March 2015. He served as a Non Executive Director of Merck Ltd., from October 20, 2010 to September 30, 2012. Mr. Kneen holds a degree in Biological Sciences from Birmingham University, UK and a Master of Business Administration from Ashridge Management College, UK.
