Tiffeny J. Rivard BA, MBA

Tiffeny J. Rivard serves as Senior Compliance Manager, M&A and Government Requirements for Medtronic. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing and mitigating risks associated with mergers & acquisitions along with effectively managing compliance program government requirements. This work includes leading effective compliance integration planning and execution as well as ensuring any government-imposed settlement terms are appropriately managed.
Tiffeny joined Medtronic in 2006 as a Compliance Specialist handling compliance training, policies and procedures, healthcare provider contracting processes and FMV, implementing and closing two corporate integrity agreements, along with various other responsibilities throughout the years. Tiffeny received a B.A. in behavioral science from San Jose State University and an MBA, with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Bethel University.
