Thomas W. Sterio DMD, MS

Dr. Sterio was raised in Boxford, and attended St. John’s Prep in Danvers. He received his undergraduate education at Colby College (Magna Cum Laude) and completed dental school at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. He obtained his residency training and received his certificate in Periodontics and Dental Implants from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. In addition, he completed a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences and received special training and certification in advanced sedation techniques, including intravenous conscious sedation.
Dr. Sterio is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology (Board Certified) and was the recipient of the American Academy of Periodontology’s Dr. and Mrs. Gerald M. Kramer Scholar Award for Excellence, given to the Nation’s top overall graduating resident
