Thomas Schwarz PhD, MBA

Thomas Schwarz started his career in the pharmaceutical industry 20 years ago as a production manager at Sanofi in biotech production. He joined Novartis in 2006 and has held several positions with increasing responsibility (e.g. Process Manager, QC Team Head, Project Manager) in different technology areas like sterile manufacturing, QC operations, and clinical supply management. In his current role, Thomas oversees the long-term planning and strategic projects of the Aseptic platform (6 sites worldwide). Thomas holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and has completed an executive MBA program.
