Thomas Rex Flygt MD, CMD, FACP

Thomas Rex Flygt is a board-certified internal medicine physician. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his master's degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He earned his medical degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. Dr. Flygt completed his internship, residency, and fellowship from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN. Flygt's practice is focused on geriatrics medicine, post-acute long-term care medicine, and bioethics.

Dr. Flygt is board certified in internal medicine, geriatrics medicine, and hospice and palliative medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a board member of the American College of Physicians, American Medical Directors Association, Wisconsin State Medical Society, and the Wisconsin Association for Post-Acute and Long-Term Medicine.
