Thomas Phelps MD

Dr. Thomas Phelps, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician at the Cleveland Clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. With a strong commitment to preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and patient education, he partners with individuals and families to promote lifelong health and wellness through personalized, evidence-based care.

Dr. Phelps earned his Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University before receiving his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical College of Ohio, now known as The University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences. He completed his residency training in Family Medicine at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, where he developed expertise in comprehensive primary care and preventive health services.
