Dr. THOMAS GRECO graduated cum laude from Georgetown University and earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine and fellowship in rheumatology, infectious disease and allergy and immunology at the Yale School of Medicine. He is board-certified in internal medicine and rheumatology. He has been at Saint Mary’s Hospital for 33 years and serves as chief, Section of Inflammatory Diseases. An associate clinical professor of medicine at Yale, he teaches residents at Saint Mary’s Hospital and continues to do clinical research. This year he and his wife, Dr. Ann Marie Conti-Kelly Greco, established CAPS, LLC, the result of 20 years of researching and treating patients who have antiphospholipid antibodies—blood factors associated with recurrent pregnancy loss, MS and similar illnesses, stroke, coronary artery disease and many other disorders. “These blood factors may provide answers for many patients with undiagnosed symptoms and illnesses,” he says.
