Mr. Thomas J. Loughman is the Director of SH&E Program Management for AECOM’s Management Services Group. He provides safety, health, and environmental leadership to a group of over 25,000 employees in more than 250 locations worldwide, performing design, construction, operations & maintenance, and technical services. In Mr. Loughman’s role he leads strategic and transformational initiatives and manages policy, training programs, and performance measurement.
Thomas was honored as a Rising Star of Safety by the National Safety Council in 2012. He was elected and currently leads the American Society of Safety Engineers’ Young Professional’s organization. Mr. Loughman also serves as a Trustee with the National Safety Council.
In 2007 Thomas earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Keene State College with a minor in Safety. He went on to earn his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in 2015 from UMUC. Thomas is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
