Thomas Adolph Spies BA, MHSA

Tom Spies is the Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi where he is responsible for Patient Access Services, Patient Financial Services, and HIMS/Coding. He has been in Abu Dhabi for the past 3.5 years.

Tom has over 23+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with leadership roles in revenue cycle, management consulting, supply chain, and IT. Before moving to Abu Dhabi, Tom was a Principal Consultant and Product Manager at Siemens, Director in IT and Supply Chain at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), and had his own consulting firm.

Tom received his B.A. from the University of Arizona and his MHSA from The George Washington University.
