Dr. Bartter is a Professor of Medicine in the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine and is the founding Director of the Interventional Pumonary Fellowship Training Program at UAMS. He is also the Medical Director of the UAMS Pulmonary Function Laboratory and Director of Bronchoscopy. He graduated cum laude from Harvard University with a degree in biology and received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA. He completed residency training at Boston V.A. Hospital and a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Dr. Bartter is certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, and critical care medicine witht he American Board of Internal Medicine.
