Tessnim Ahmad MD

Dr. Tessnim Ahmad is a Glaucoma Fellow at the University of California, Davis, California, United States. Before completing her MD at UCSF, she worked as a policy researcher. During her time at UCSF, Dr. Ahmad has been involved in several research projects and committees including the Adult Patient Safety Committee and DEI taskforces. She has participated in various QI projects and is passionate about understanding and addressing health disparities and the social determinants of health, especially as they pertain to improving equity, quality, safety, and value in health care.
