Terry Platchek BS, MD

Terry Platchek, MD, serves as Fellowship Director of Stanford University’s Clinical Excellence Research Center and as Medical Director for Performance Improvement at Stanford Children’s Health. Dr. Platchek's career focuses on the education and engagement of physicians and health care professionals in improving health care delivery systems and on the development of innovative models for lowering the cost of great health care. He has been active nationally and internationally in promoting Lean health care management and value-based health care reform.
