Terry D. Leach PharmD

Mr. Leach is responsible for managing all of the clinical aspects of pharmacy and the vendor relations with our pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) and PBM-related audits. He also manages the state-mandated Recipient Restriction program. In addition, Mr. Leach also assists in the Quality Management related pharmacy initiatives.
