Teresa Anna Szyszko MD, MSc, MRCS, FRCR

Dr. Teresa A. Szyszko underwent dual training in radiology and nuclear medicine at Imperial College and undertook a PET imaging fellowship at St Thomas. She was appointed as a Consultant at Barts Health in 2009 and then to her current post in 2013. Her clinical interests include PET/CT and PET/MRI in neurology including dementia and pediatric dystonia and epilepsy. Her research interests include multimodality functional imaging in oncology with a special interest in head and neck, thoracic, and oesophageal malignancy. Dr. Szyszko regularly lectures on neuro PET imaging in the MSc nuclear medicine.
