Tenley Koepnick

Tenley Koepnick is a UCR graduate (BS Chemistry) and has worked in the clinical trial industry for more than 30 years. She is the Sr Director, Global Clinical Operations for Transcatheter Heart Valves at Edwards Lifesciences, Inc based in Irvine, CA, and manages a global team of 100+ people across many different clinical and operational disciplines. Tenley is passionate about getting needed treatments to all patients, process excellence and efficiency, and big-picture, out-of-the-box thinking. Tenley married her UCR college sweetheart and has three 20-something children.
