Taylor Butler PharmD, BCPS, BCOP

Dr. Taylor Butler, PharmD, BCPS, BCOP, is a clinical pharmacy specialist who has been practicing in the cancer pain clinic at Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center since 2018. He received his doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Tennessee Health and Science Center and completed a pharmacy practice residency at Blount Memorial Hospital in Maryville, TN.

He completed his hematology/oncology pharmacy residency at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, MA. Outside of his clinical duties, he is an adjunct professor at Belmont University, co-chair of the Vanderbilt Opioid Safety and Stewardship Committee, and an active member of the Society of Pain and Palliative Care Pharmacists (SPPCP) and the Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer (MASCC). Dr. Butler is the preceptor for the Supportive and Palliative Oncology Clinic.
