Tareva Warrick-stone DO

Dr. TaReva Warrick-Stone is an FM/EM Resident Physician at Jefferson Northeast Hospitals. After graduating with a BS in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Puget Sound, Dr. Warrick-Stone worked for 2 years in Thailand on child rights, education, health, and nonprofit development projects, then returned to the US and worked for 3 years with supportive housing and adult shelter programs in Colorado. She went on to earn her medical degree from Pacific Northwest University in 2018.

Dr. Warrick-Stone attended dual board residency training in Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine at Jefferson Northeast, where she served as Chief Resident, and graduated just before the start of her Addiction Medicine Fellowship training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in 2023. As a resident, she completed the Chief Resident Immersion Training in Addiction Medicine and worked to improve the quality of care for patients with opioid use disorder in the emergency department, hospital, and clinic.

Dr. Warrick-Stone's research interests include examining the impact of inpatient addiction medicine consult services, MOUD retention, hepatitis C treatment, and HIV prevention in patients who use substances.
