Tarek Abdullah Darwish

Dr. Tarek Darwish is a consultant psychiatrist and medical director of Behavioral sciences pavilion at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Abu Dhabi since 2007. He graduated from Faculty of Medicine in 1981, got Master Degree in neuropsychiatry in 1988 and Medical Doctorate of Psychiatry in 1993, From Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt. In 2010 he became an Editorial Board member of the Arabic version of World Psychiatry, the official journal of the World Psychiatric Association, Dr. Tarek Darwish participated in several international and regional research projects and has several publications in international bulletins as well as many Arabic books targeting raising the awareness of the community. He chaired many international conferences conducted in the UAE.
