Tara Bharucha MBBChir, MA, MRCP, FESC

Dr Bharucha is a consultant pediatric cardiologist. She trained in pediatric cardiology in Southampton, including fellowships in heart failure and transplantation in Melbourne, Australia, and advanced echo imaging and fetal cardiology in Toronto, Canada. She won the Outstanding Research Award in Pediatric Cardiology awarded by the American Heart Association in 2008.

She has an established fetal and general pediatric practice here at Univerity Hospital Southampton and runs a multidisciplinary muscular dystrophy clinic. She is the research lead for pediatric cardiology.
