Tanya Bogoslovsky has a strong background in the pharmaceutical and medical research field. Tanya is currently the Senior Director of Translational Medicine and Medical Science at Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America. Before this, they worked at Eisai US as the Director of Clinical Research from 2018 to 2021. As a Medical Director at Acorda Therapeutics, Inc. from 2017 to 2018, they led clinical trials in Parkinson's Disease and Parkinson's Disease Dementia and were responsible for study design, execution, and analysis. Tanya also has experience as a Senior Staff Scientist at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences from 2009 to 2017 and as a Neurologist at the Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa (HUS) from 2006 to 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Visiting Fellow at NINDS, Stroke Diagnostics and Therapeutics from 2007 to 2009, focusing on stroke research and endothelial progenitor cells.

Tanya Bogoslovsky began their education at the University of Helsinki, where they studied Neurology. Tanya completed their degree in Neurology in 2007 and became a Board Certified Neurologist. Simultaneously, they obtained a license in Neurology from the General Medical Council in London, UK. In 2017, Tanya pursued further education and became an Associate Professor in Neurology at the University of Turku, also known as Turun Yliopisto. Before their studies at the University of Helsinki, Tanya earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Saratov State Medical University. Additionally, they hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Alcohol Research & Gastroenterology from the University of Helsinki.

Tanya also obtained several additional certifications. Tanya completed a course titled "How to Organize Your Time and Your Life" through LinkedIn in March 2023. In February 2006, they obtained a certification for being a Board Certified Neurologist from Helsinki University in Helsinki, Finland. Tanya also acquired the certification for Good Clinical Practice through the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI).
