Tanieka Mason MPH

Tanieka Mason is the Director of Health Equity at Reading Hospital. She works in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to implement health equity and social determinant of health strategies to transform, optimize, and enhance care delivery. She provides analytics, evaluation, and strategic recommendations for health equity programs, with direct oversight of community health workers and the Community Connection Program. Tanieka is dedicated to creating space to achieve health equity in the communities served. She holds a Master's degree in Public Health from the East Stroudsburg University of PA.
