Tania is an Accredited Pharmacist works in community pharmacy and performs both Home Medication Reviews and Residential Medication Management Reviews in the Greater Shepparton region. Tania also provides Quality Use of Medicines (QUM) services to a number of residential aged care facilities. These services include quarterly QUM newsletters, in-services, and attendance at Medication Advisory Committee meetings. Prior to becoming an Accredited Pharmacist, Tania worked as a Hospital Pharmacist in Melbourne.
