Tamsin, a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health and member of DesignSingapore Council’s expert ‘Innovation by Design’ panel, has 20+ years of international experience in delivering change & transformation programmes, integrating risk communications, change leadership, and social innovation practices. A graduate of Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine she was the first jointly-funded post holder between the London Borough of Barnet Local Planning Authority and Barnet Health Authority, pioneering integrated care initiatives. Subsequently working for the British Government’s Department of Health, she managed the UK’s longest running public health campaign, the Heartbeat Award.

Tamsin currently heads the Smart Health Leadership Centre at the National University of Singapore’s Institute of Systems Science, where she teaches digital leadership and health service transformation programmes. Tamsin established the Centre to assist stakeholders across the broad health ecosystem to transform the future experience of health through data, technology and innovation. Tamsin is a skilled risk communications professional and published author, with international experience in leading and delivering fully integrated strategic communications, innovation and transformation programmes with award winning results.
