Tammy Staiger RDH, BASc

Tammy Staiger, RDH BS, has been a dental hygienist since 1995. She has worked clinically in both private practice and in a Dental Support Organization. Her overall goal in patient care is to bring a level of compassion, connection, and communication to each person. Currently, Tammy is a Clinical Trainer and Coach for a major DSO teaching offices digital scanning with the iTero intraoral scanner and how to have powerful conversations with patients regarding malocclusion.

Tammy has lectured with Align Technology since 2013 and is honored to be a member of the Align Global Hygiene Faculty. She speaks about identifying and educating patients on the effects of malocclusion, digital scanning, and photography. Her passion regarding the connection occlusion has on overall health, including periodontal disease, dental caries, abreactions, and airway issues is evident with her energetic presentation style. She enjoys sharing her knowledge both clinically with patients, and with dental professionals. She views each team member’s role as a linchpin in the patient experience and their practice’s success. Recently, Tammy was honored to receive the Align Faculty Hygiene Educator of the Year award. Whether it’s for speaking engagements or personal reasons, Tammy loves to travel and meet new people.
