Dr Tamer Farid is a consultant of geriatric medicine at Primary Health Care Service Sector (PHCSS) of Dubai Health Authority (DHA). For the last two decades he has been involved in the care of elderly from several angles; clinically in out-patient clinic and in-patient wards of geriatric medicine department of Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt, and Academically by conducting and supervising field researches as professor in the same department.
