Tahir Ahmed MD

Dr. Ahmed is an experienced physician who joined Bayview Hospitalist Group in 2014. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Board Eligible in wound care. Dr. Ahmed has served as Chairman of the Department of Medicine and Director of Utilization Review Committee. Dr. Ahmed has special interest in hospital medicine, wound care and geriatrics. His other activities include staying current with research and modern medicine, traveling with family and friends.
