Tae-geon Kwon DDS, PhD

Prof. Kwon graduated in 1992 from Kyungpook National University and trained at OMFS of Kyungpook National University Hospital, Daegu, Korea. He carried out research at Osaka University, Japan (1998~1999), University of Michigan (2007~2009). Since 2003, he has been working at the Dept. of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, School of Dentistry, Kyungpook National University as a staff member and currently served as a full professor and head of the department since 2011. He published 80 international publications and wrote 11 book chapters concerning the oral & maxillofacial field including dentofacial deformity, bone regeneration, and pathological bone disease.
